Take your game to the next level with our basketball strength training program, headed by Basketball BC Boys High Performance Strength and Conditioning Coach Cody Low!

Designed specifically for young athletes, our sessions will focus on building strength to enhance toughness, durability, speed and confidence on the court. With expert coaching, technique education, and basketball-specific exercises, players will improve their performance while reducing injury risk.

Players will be provided an in person session with two additional sessions to complete on your own. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to gain a competitive edge, this program helps you grow stronger, move faster, and play smarter.

Can’t make the in-person sessions or only interested in online only traming? Athletes can choose the fully online training program.

This program is for U14 - U16 boys and girls (born in 2010-2012).
