January 23rd, 2015Basketball BC congratulates the following for being chosen as Finalists for a Sport BC award:

Paul Eberhardt-Male Coach of the Year; Langara Men's Basketball-Team of the Year and Steve Seibel-Official of the Year!

Executive Director Lawrie Johns commented: “it is wonderful to see hard work noticed and appreciated. Paul’s long time work in our sport and many achievements are added to with his recognition as a Finalist for Coach of the Year and leading his Langara Falcons to a National CCAA Championship. Steve’s work is unparalleled – he continues to work at the highest level in officiating including working the gold medal game in the Men’s final at World Championships as crew chief – the highest an official can go in a given year. We are proud of all their successes!”
